Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 1 day without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 1 day from the date on which You ordered the Services.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for the Services to be eligible for a refurn, please make sure that:

  • The Services were purchased in the last 1 day
  • If you want to refund after receiving the video, then you must be shown us a valid reason. For this reason, you must be shown our fault. We will not refund unless we are shown fault.

The following Services cannot be returned:

  • Without any reason after 1 day.
  • Without indicating any fault of us after receiving the video.
